We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, pricing, or hours of any third-party listing. Details can change without notice — always confirm directly with the business before relying on them.

3. Leaving the Platform

• Any booking, reservation, or purchase you make with a listed or linked business (ferry company, restaurant via Resy/OpenTable, tour operator via FareHarbor, or any other business) is a transaction solely between you and that business.
• That transaction is governed entirely by the third party’s own terms of service, privacy policy, payment processing, and cancellation/refund rules — not ours.
• Topchiyska Enterprises LLC is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, timeliness, or conduct of any listed or linked business, and is not responsible for resolving disputes, technical issues, billing errors, or data concerns that occur on their platform.
