Affiliate & Booking Partner Disclosure

1. The Partnership

The 508 Island Concierge has partnered with FareHarbor to let select tour operators be booked directly through links in the app. Listings marked “Book Now,” “Booking Partner,” or with a similar badge are part of this program.

2. We May Earn a Commission

• If you book through a Booking Partner link, Topchiyska Enterprises LLC may earn a commission or referral fee from FareHarbor or the tour operator.
• This does not increase the price you pay for the tour.
• All other listings in the app (ferries, restaurants, bike shops, general activities, etc.) remain plain informational links with no financial relationship, unless separately marked.

3. You Are Leaving Our Platform

Clicking a FareHarbor or tour-operator Booking Partner link takes you to a third-party website or booking system that we do not own, operate, or control. From that point forward:

1. All booking details, availability, pricing, and confirmations are handled entirely by FareHarbor and/or the tour operator.
2. All payment processing is handled entirely by FareHarbor and/or the tour operator — Topchiyska Enterprises LLC does not receive, process, or store your payment information for these bookings.
3. All personal data you submit (name, email, phone, payment details, party size, etc.) is collected and controlled by FareHarbor and/or the tour operator under their own privacy policy, not ours.
4. All refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, weather cancellations, and no-show policies are set and administered by FareHarbor and/or the tour operator.
5. Any technical issues, site outages, booking errors, or customer service needs must be directed to FareHarbor and/or the tour operator directly.

4. Topchiyska Enterprises LLC’s Role Ends at the Link

Topchiyska Enterprises LLC and The 508 Island Concierge do not take responsibility for, and expressly disclaim liability for, anything that occurs after you leave the508islandconcierge.com via a FareHarbor or Booking Partner link — including but not limited to refunds, payment disputes, data breaches, service quality, cancellations, or unavailability. We only receive notice that a referral occurred; we do not have visibility into or control over the booking itself.

6. Editorial Independence

We only feature booking partners we believe offer legitimate, relevant services to travelers on Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Commission arrangements do not influence factual claims we make about the islands themselves.
