Acceptable Use Policy

When using The 508 Island Concierge, you agree not to:

1. Scrape, crawl, or harvest app or website content using automated tools.
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
3. Resell, sublicense, or redistribute paid content (itineraries, reservation access) without authorization.
4. Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any contact or booking form.
5. Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
6. Attempt to overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
7. Impersonate the Company, its staff, or any listed or Booking Partner business.
8. Use the Platform to circumvent FareHarbor’s or any tour operator’s own terms, fees, or booking processes.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
